15 points prize Terms and Conditions

  1. Entrants are bound by these terms and conditions and any other requirements set out in the material relating to this promotion at the time they are entered into the prize draw.
  2. The prize draw is only open to an existing Travis Perkins Credit Account and Trade Cash Account holder that has a Travis Perks Builder account and has hit the 15 points thresholds.
  3. The prize draw is not open to any employees or agents of any agencies or event suppliers or their families or agents or any other person officially connected with the scheme.
  4. All customers who are entered into the prize draw must be resident in the UK and aged 18 or over.
  5. Entry to the prize draw is free and there is no requirement to purchase any additional products from the Promoter.
  6. The prize draw will be open to customers that hit the 15-point threshold between 00.01 on 1st February 2025 and 23:59pm on 31st December 2025 (“Promotional Period”).
  7. To be eligible for this prize draw, participants must reach 15 points on the Travis Perkins Perk Builder site by 31st December 2025 to automatically be entered.
  8. Customers will have the option to opt out of the Prize Draw by following the ‘Opt Out’ link within the ‘Entered’ email.
  9. Customer must opt out of the prize draw by 23:59 on 27th February 2026.
  10. The Prize will consist of a Take Time Experiences Pack (Night Away for Two, Afternoon Tea for Two, Supercar Experience for One, Driving Experience for Two, Fun Days Out for Two adults + 2 kids, or Spa for One) which you can find out more about here (the “Prize”). There shall be 300 separate winners of the draw, with each winner receiving the Prize. The Prize will be subject to such terms and conditions as may be imposed by MLP. The Prize is subject to availability.
  11. The prize will be issued via email to the associated email address with your Travis Perk Builder account.
  12. The draw will take place on 2nd March 2026.
  13. The 300 winners shall be randomly selected by MLP using computer technology that ensures that there is no bias to any entrant. The methodology and details of how the draw has been carried out can be made available upon request.
  14. The winners will be contacted by email within 7 working days of the draw, confirming that they’re a winner. This email will contain details on how to book.
  15. The Promoter reserves the right to vary the prizes without prior notice to an alternative prize of equal or greater value. No cash alternative shall be available.
  16. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
  17. Entrants agree that the Promoter may rely on such details as are provided by entrants when entering the draw. The Promoter accepts no liability or responsibility for loss of any kind arising out of or in connection with the submission of incorrect personal details by entrants to the draw.
  18. We reserve the right to exclude any entries which we believe to be inappropriate, fraudulent, or based on misconduct.
  19. The prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part.
  20. The decisions of the promoter are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  21. By taking part in this prize draw, all participants consent to us collecting, storing, and using their personal data submitted with their entry for the purposes of this promotion.
  22. The Promoter and MLP may use personal details submitted by entrants when entering the draw for the purposes of administering the draw. MLP will manage the data processing on behalf of Travis Parkins insofar as required for the fulfilment of the draw and provision of the Prize. To the extent that MLP process personal data submitted by entrants, this will be processed in accordance with their Privacy Notice, found here: https://mlp.agency/privacy/.
  23. In the event of unforeseen circumstances making the administration of the prize draw impossible or impractical, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel the draw. In the event of such cancellation entrants shall be notified within 7 days of cancellation. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss whatsoever because of cancellation of the draw.
  24. The promoter and Operator does not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, damaged, or delayed. For example, because of network, system development, computer or telecommunications failures, or fault of any kind - including any hardware, programming code, databases or software used in the promotion.
  25. This promotion is being run by The Marketing Lounge Partnership (a company incorporated in England and Wales with registered number 6467245, whose registered office is at The Cow Shed, Walnut Tree Farm, Lower Stretton, Cheshire, WA4 4PG, the “Operator”), on behalf of Travis Perkins.
  26. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England & Wales and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with the Promotion except that (i) residents of Scotland may also bring proceedings in Scottish Courts.
